About Us

Colony Property Management has a variety of different 2 & 3 bedroom floor plans throughout Champaign-Urbana. These floor plans range from 2 bedroom apartment style condos to 3 bedroom townhouses. Most of our units include washer/dryer in unit or hook ups. All properties are located just minutes from shopping, restaurants, schools, and churches with easy access to public transportation.

Our office hours are Monday through Thursday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM. We are closed Friday, Satruday, and Sunday.

We have 24 hour emergency maintenance, so you can rest easy knowing that we are just a phone call away.
